Why do I need a consultant?

Even the best businesses need help with their companies from time to time. Help can come in various forms such as reviewing legal documents, clarity on business decisions, change management or marketing. Sometimes, just help with the day to day operation is all you need. You can think of us as an additional employee that is available on your schedule. We are here to help with all of your business needs.

What occurs during the free consultation?

During your free consultation we talk to you about your problems and objectives and create a plan to address these issues. Depending on your situation(s), you will be assigned a consultant whose skill set is tailored to your problem(s) or goals.

What makes Zebergs different?

There are a variety of things that separate us from the competition. First, along with professional experience, currently all of our consultants hold advanced degrees in fields such as Law (J.D.), Medical (M.D.) and Business (M.B.A.) just to name a few. Secondly, because of our experience we are able to develop a plan to meet your specific needs. We understand that you may be great at doing what you do, but operating a profitable business can be tricky. In todays marketplace, selling a great product or service is not enough. A company must be able to successfully navigate the legal, economic and social aspects of business.

What is the difference between a Consultant vs. Fractional Executive?

With Zebergs Consulting, there is no difference. A Fractional Executive is a seasoned professional with experience as a CEO, CFO, COO etc., who works on a part-time basis for multiple organizations simultaneously. A consultant may or may not have experience as an executive. At Zebergs, our consultants have experience as executives, entrepreneurs and business owners.

What type of projects has Zebergs worked on?

Since we work primarily with small to medium sized businesses, our experience is wide ranging. Although this list is not extensive, we have experience with Supply chain management, Human resources, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Mergers and Acquisitions, International project management and Strategy and Utilization, just to name a few. If you are unsure if we can help, just call, email or message us for a free consultation.

How much should I pay for a consultant?

Well, it depends. Consultants can charge based on the project, hourly or work from a retainer.  The amount they charge depends on their level of education, experience and expertise. A Consultant can charge anywhere from $90.00 per hour up to $500 or more. Just remember, not all Consultants are the same, ask your consultant about their qualifications and how they align with your goals. Consultants should make your life easier, not harder. We try to be as transparent about our prices as possible. If you have questions about our pricing, please contact us.
